Here’s a quick synopsis of how I got here: After growing up as the “she would be smart if she tried” kid, I got diagnosed as ADHD at 14 and things started to make a lot more sense! This was in the early 2000’s so there wasn't a ton of information available, mostly pamphlets that said things like, “you have trouble focusing”…no kidding! Lol When I got to college, I decided to give this school thing a real shot and changed EVERYTHING about the way I learned. After lots of trial & error, I struck gold and my life changed forever. This was a huge turning point for me because I realized that I was smart and capable of anything when I did things the way MY BRAIN worked. I went from barely getting in to college to graduating with a 3.89 GPA. Then, after college I went on to excel in every job I had; I doubled my corporate salary and earned 3 big promotions in 6 years. I realized that the skills I developed allowed me to manage my ADHD symptoms and reach any goal I had for myself so I started sharing them on Instagram in 2020, and began coaching others in 2021. The strategies I share with clients have helped over 65+ people take action on their big goals of starting businesses and live the lives they’ve been dreaming of.
